Estimation of Closing Costs

As you can see there are several aspects that are involved in the term closing costs. Bankrate.com is a website that allows you to compare the average closing costs for that state to a national average. It was quite comparable to the charges I incurred, however not every lender charges for every item that they list. Also remember that in addition to the fees listed tax reserves, pre-paid interest and county government fees must also be brought to the closing table. These fees are highly variable and you should ask your closing attorney or lender in order to understand how much you will need to pay.
